My governance dashboard always running and failed after some time

When i checked log file there is

Document log "" was not found / not updated. Skipped.

msg comes and it will continuously running

i have also reset but not working.

plz help.

If you search the Governance Dashboard.qvw.log file for "error:", what errors do you see?

Also, can you attach a screen shot of the message that comes up?

Two observations:

1) It looks like you are using v 1.0 of the Governance Dashboard. I recommend installing version 1.1 SR1

2) You are on QlikView 11.0. This should still work, but there are certain aspects of data lineage, app objects/expressions, and audit logging that will not be analyzeable (is that a word ?) in the Governance Dashboard.

How long have you waited for the reload?

I ask because, if you are reloading several large QVWs and years of server log history (especially event.log files), the reload can take some time. This is also true if you are reloading the app remotely (across a network).

Actully this was working fine befor a week but from last week it showing this error .

And it is reloading continusly but after some time it is failed. and when i checked the task log file under governance dashbord installation folder there should be two log files document log and task log , but it has only task log and in task log i found Document log "" was not found / not updated. Skipped.

Can you post a screen shot of the error. I have not heard of this one before and am not seeing where that message could come from, so a screen shot would help.
