HI,

There is not way to do what you are looking to do other than have a landing page when they can select the language they want to see.

Look at the attached.

Hi Nihhal,

The Qlik Sense Desktop version is not a Server version, i.e.: you decide when and how the information is reloaded. Are you referring to QlikView Server?

Please aware that this is QlikSense Desktop

What are the limitations in Qlik Sense Desktop?

It is a desktop version of Qlik Sense, which means:

  • There is no server in this release
  • You can share your apps with other users if they are using Qlik Sense Desktop

You can install the free QlikSense Desktop parallel to your QlikView Desktop Installation. Please be aware that this is not an update Version from QlikView, it is a new Product.

From the Help:

Qlik Sense is available in the following languages:

  • English
  • Spanish
  • Japanese
  • Swedish

By default, Qlik Sense runs in a window of its own, in the language of the operating system of your computer. In this case, the language cannot be altered unless you change the language of the operating system.

But you can also open Qlik Sense in a web browser. In that case, the language depends on the web browser it is running in, and how that browser detects the language to display content.

Hi Nihhal,

Please ask in the QlikView Publisher forum (QlikView Publisher), since this space is intended only for the new Qlik Sense Desktop.
