Chonnathan,

Just want to check if your QVS is licensed one ??? Also check about its expire date.

Also follow this:

Hi Chonnathan,

Make sure the Firewall is open to that server, port 4747. There is something blocking access, or it is not licensed properly.

I saw an issue like this in the past. You can try rename the Config.xlm file for the web server. Located at C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\WebServer and let the system recreate a new one.

Hi Chonnathan,

There has also been a bug on this in the past, perhaps ensure that you are running the latest version of QlikView. You may find this release at our download site. BI Platform Free Download, QlikView Personal Edition | Qlik
