How to uncomment the script in Qlik Sense

Hi Can any one tell me how to uncomment the script.

and why we are not able to right click in Edit Script.

In addition to Daniel's

In the Data Load Editor, you have a comment/uncomment button at the right of the magnifier glass icon. See attached. Clicking on that icon, you can toggle between commenting and uncommenting any selected section of text.
