How to get older version of the Service Release?

I would need to get the QV11 SR6 version 11.20.12347 installation packages, but from the download page I can only find the 11.20.12354 version.

The reason for this is that I am adding a new QVS to our cluster, but I don't have the correct installation package available and I get an error of version mismatch if I try to do it with another version.

Here is the error message I can see from the added QVS with a wrong SR6 version:

"OffDuty: Cluster Join Denied by QVS1. This could be because of mismatching version or document root"

Updating all of the servers is something I try to avoid without proper testing and a maintenance break, since it as a production environment.

Hi, Henry.

Ah, I see. Apologies.

As a Partner do you not have a direct relationship with Qlik via a Qlik account manager ? Or will you be charged for any assistance they provide?

Cheers,

Neil

Hi, Henry.

For SR versions not listed on the download page, I would recommend contacting your Qlik Partner who provided you with the Qlikview licences. They should be able to assist.

Neil

Thanks Neil!

We are a QlikView partner so I have access to Partner Portal, but was not able to spot any place there either where I could get the older versions.

Hmm, yeah, I guess I have to handle it through that path. Just wanted to make sure that I'm not missing some place where I could find the files on my own.

Thanks for the help anyway!

No problem.

We had a similar problem some months ago where the 3rd party Server support would not assist unless an error on a service release could be recreated on their test server. We had to go via our Partner back to Qlik for the Service release we needed. In that instance, the Partner went back to Qlik for assistance.
