Failing task: Document couldn't be opened

Hello everyone,

These days, several of the task reload failed in QEMC. The error in the log is "Document could'nt be opened" ...

There is no problem when I reload them directly with QV Desktop and these tasks sometimes works, sometimes don't.

I already tried to restart the services, it was better but after a few days, again, several tasks failed.

Might it be because too many tasks are running at the same time ? I don't think so, because as I said, it used to work before.

What can I do ? Any ideas ?

Do you have Section Access enabled?

This behavior is typical of YOUR user having access to the document, but the service user running the QVS do not.

If so, Give the service user access and it should work.

Does this document that you are trying to open have section access applied to it?

Try to put one default QV application on access point and see if you can see that.

You can also check that QV application at   C:\Program Files\QlikView\Examples\Documents

What version are you running?

Yes, this can be caused by too many task running. How many processor do you have and what do you have your engines set to?
