Consider using the UsageAnalyzer QVW . It reads the session logs from the server. You should be able to figure out when your session CALs were maxed. its not a hard utility to use. let me know if you need help.
ps: it doesn't read your license information to know how many session CALs you are licensed for, so you have to look that up in your QMC first.
