Youtube/Vimeo videos in Qlikview

Hello Team,

Can anyone help me with this. I want to add a youtube/vimeo video in my Qlikview dashboard.

Could also be a downloaded video file. Please explain how can I achieve this. Currently, i don't want to use any paid extensions from QVSource.
