Cannot delete Doc CALs

Hi,

We have 30 document cals assigned to a user document which appears to have been deleted.

I can see these doc cals assigned using our K3FDS License Analyser qvw tool, but I can't remove them because I can't see the document.

I try searching for a specific user that I know has one of the doc cals in the "Users -> User Management" section in QMC. I can see the license but when I try to remove it gives the error "Could not find user document by name".

Has anyone got any ideas how we can get these removed?

Thanks I'll try this in a sec (resolution 2). 2 questions though;

1. What effect will stopping QMS and QVS have on our report users?
2. It mentions delete caldata.pgo under "user documents". Where exactly is this? I can't see it.

For this If both of the services are down then end user cannot access your Dashboard / Reports.

You can find them in the same folder as that of your Application.

You have to be familiar that by doing so you have to reallocate Licenses and any bookmarks created by users will be deleted.

Rather I suggest you to go with Resolution1

And if I opt with resolution 2, will I have to apply ALL of my doc licenses on other documents again?
