Failed to read Task Result xml from Distriution Service

Hello,

I'm getting the following error message in the event viewer -

The xml file is

I have QDS cluster installed on two servers.

Looks like the "DateTime" it's referring to is European style:

15/08/2014

Mine is American style:

3/18/2014

I would assume this is set by the computer clock.  Was that recently changed for American to European time standard or vice versa?

Both servers have England(Ireland) time format from the beginning.
