QMC Document Settings Lost.

Hi Community.

Document Setting lost, of documents, in QMC.

every time i apply Document Authorization, in QMC >>UserDocument>> Authorization

but its lost setting very often.(i see no user there)

Any Idea, why its happen...

Hello Israr.

I think your .pgo files are corrupted.

Can you somehow take a proper backup of .pgo files and delete them and open QEMC and allow authorization again.
