Hello everyone,
I have deleted some tasks in QMC. First, in the reload tab, I've checked "none" and apply so the task disappears in the Status>Tasks tab.
And then I deleted the application.
Today I have received an email telling me the reload of this task failed.
This is a bit annoying because I did that for several tasks so I received several emails everyday and I think that's not very good that QV tries to reload tasks that doesn't exist anymore.
How can I stop that ?
Thanks for your help
Open QMC, choose the docments tab and then look for Orphans. Delete them.
Deleteting an app will not delete the job.
I don't have Orphans because I don"t have Publisher.
But then, how am I supposed to properly delete a job ? It is not enough to check "none" in the reload tab and then to delete the application ?
Hi,
What I feel is you have to recreate the dummy qvw file with same name as that of earlier first.
Secondly you have to create the task with the same name as that belore.
First delete task then delete qvw.
Hope it helps.
Let me know if that works.

Hi,
You have to delete task.
Selecting none in reload tab will not help you.

No
Go to Document tab -->user Document Select your Document you will see multiple tasks list.
You can delete it from there.

I see what you mean but I don't have publisher.
So when i select a document in the user document tab, I am directly on the reload tab.
Ok,
In that case make sure no clock should appear on your task/ QlikView File.

It is also possible to edit the XML files of the QMS Repository to get rid of them manually, but I recommend you to file a support case to go into details of this. Anything that is not edited correctly will cause the environment to not work properly.
