Problem with destribution service

Hi all,

I have QlikView Server with QlikView Publisher and I want to trigger a reload and distribute to a user one of my documents, but I can't select the user in the distribute section.

I use a Custom Directory in my QlikView Server, as you can see:

I go to the source documents, add a trigger and go to the distribute section:

I choose "Add Recipients" from the icon with the blue +, and it comes the following screen, where I cannot find my user:

I tried the following searches:

1. ssaev on Default Scoupe: none

2. ssaev on Default Scoupe: Custom(Custom)

3. Custom\ssaev on Default Scoupe: none

4. Custom\ssaev on Default Scoupe: Custom(Custom)

5. Custom/ssaev on Default Scoupe: none

6. Custom/ssaev on Default Scoupe: Custom(Custom)

and also CUSTOM spelled with capital letters

but none worked...

Can anybody help?

p.s. also tried it on IE8 - same problem!

You need to switch to DMS mode for custom directories to work. Assuming you did this, try doing a wildcard search on your Custom scope and post the results here. A wildcard search is: *

Can you post a screenshot of the General tab in Custom Directory?

but it is strange, that it shows like somethnig is there, and the count is exactly the same as the count of my users:

You're right, the problem is not on the General tab (I thought the port might have been set to an invalid entry). It's interesting that you get blank entries where the users should be. This sounds like it could be a bug, similar to the "Task Tree" bug that blanks out the name of a task if a tree is too long. If you add the blank "users" and run the task, does it get distributed to the right people?

When I try to add them I lose connection with the server and when it reconnects there is no trigger at all.
