how to sort count in decending order in pivot table

I have industry names in dimension & i am totaling no. of email ids that i have against each industry. Now i want to arrange count of email ids in descending order so that industry with maximum email ids should come on the top

Go to Sort tab and write below in Expression .....

COUNT(Distinct EmailID)

Select Descending Order....

Also, change appropriate FieldName

thank you very much ... this helped.

Now i am adding dates also as a dimension. what i now want is industry wise, date wise, count of email ids in descending order. what should i do?

Provide Sample Data...

Please note that Interactive Sorting is not possible in Pivot Table... You need to sort by First Dimension then Next ....
