cannot install Qlik Sense

Hi,

I am trying to install qlik sense, but i keep getting the same error that transaction has rolled back and cannot be completed.

log file has the following error: "Failed to extract payloads from container: WixAttachedContainer to working path: C:\Users\idp1048\AppData\Local\Temp\{869b9d73-730f-49c8-822e-25257f5cebfe}\71361358B1424946468B50B9ACF7667678553B4F, error: 0x80004005."

My System: Windows 7 64bit

                    4GB RAM

                    Intel I3

                    .NET 4.5.2

Any thoughts?

Hi,

Do you somehow installed Qliview.Next earlier.

If yes then you have to remove .Next instillation and install QlikSense again.

Hi,

No, I have not installed a previous version of qlikview next on my computer.

As i understand the error 0x80004005 is "Access Denied", however there are full privileges to the temp directory
