Adding an extern E-Mail adress

Hi,

Im in the QlikView Enterprise Management Console (TAB-Distribute) and can't add an E-Mail Address. Heres the description of my problem:

I get it to work, that i sent PDF-Reports to intern users, but how can I send PDF-Reports to an extern user with an Email Address like "test@hotmail.com" - i can't entry an E-Mail address in the "Distribute" Section manually, i have to choose an user only and can't add E-Mails by myself.

Hope anyone understand my problem 😕

I worked aound this recently but don't have access to the server to confirm the exact details. What I remember doing was:

1. Create an AD group, for example "QVMail-myreport".
2. Assign an email address to the group, "QvMail-myreport@company.com"
3. On the company.com mailserver, I created a group named "QVMail-myreport" that contained the external email addresses.
