Lease License Error

Hi All,

I tried to take lease license but am getting the attached error.

Open in server ---qvp://Ajay@xxxx.org

Authentication :Logon as a specified user ---Ajay---Then password.Then am getting the below error.

Well, I would check your machine and see it the local firewall is on. The error you are seeing is the normal reply if the local client cannot communicate with the server on port 4747.

You can try to telnet to the server and see if it is answering.

Telnet IPofServer 4747  if you get a blinking curser they port 4747 is open.

Thanks Bill..

I have tried like this TELNET <10.120.1291> 4747; Then getting message like "The system cannot find the file specified"

TELNET 10.120.1291 4747; then getting "Telnet is not recognized as on internal or external command"

Where the option to check firewell on?4747 port should open at server side or my work plce?

Now, have you try to turn off you local machine firewall?
