How to compare a day's value with yearly averages?

What I have is a table with 3 columns: clus_name, number_trans and date - indicating the amount of completed transactions by a server cluster on a given date.

What I want is to create a bar diagram where for each cluster I have 3 bars:

1. number of completed transactions on some date D

2. average number of completed transactions of the past year, starting from D

3. same as 2, but only counting those dates with the same day as D, that is only counting mondays if D is a monday etc.

Point 1 is already done, it's 2 and 3 I'm after.

/Edit: I've now attached an example document, containing data for 3 clusters over 3 years and the unfinished diagram.

Can you post an example document with some data? Read this document if you're worried about using confidential information in your document: Preparing examples for Upload - Reduction and Data Scrambling
