Any update to this item? we are having the same problem - we need a solution, as the error displays when trying to reload a QVW on 8.5 and on 9.0.

To: jasonseril and arunavsaha (and any others) - Since QlikView has not come up with any soluitons yet (I trust that they are working on this), would you be able to provide some information that may help us as a community narrow down the environment specifics?

1. Your QlikView Server Version:
2. Is QlikView Server 32 or 64-bit?
3. The affected user workstation, is it running WIndows7, Vista or XP?
4. Is the affected workstation operating system 64-bit or 32-bit?
5. Does your plug-in version match the QlikView Server version, or do you see it regardless of the versions involved?
6. Is the user's browser a 32-bit version of Internet Explorer?

Thanks - these answers may help us to see similarities in our respective environments, and may help QlikView with troubleshooting. This is a terrible bug.

Regards,

DJ Charles
