Updating master item is not reflected in sheet

Hi,

After adding a master dimension to a sheet, I updated its Name property.

But the change is not reflected in the list box.

Is that expected behavior?

The label which is displayed is the "Title" property of the object, and not actually linked to the name of the dimension.

By default, when you create the object it uses the dimension name as the object title, but this can be changed manually.

So you might have a title on an object which is quite specific and nothing to do with the dimension title, and you wouldn't want to change any custom titles when you change the master dimension.

Hello Danfnis14,

As Tim has mentioned - the default label reflects the Title name used when first creating the the Dimension. Any changes to the Dimension expression WILL be reflected automatically - however the Title property will remain. Just update the title manually:
