connecting oracle from Qlikview

HI All,

I am connecting oracle from qlikview using ODBC connection,the problem is accessing system tables like "v$session".

we are trying to analysis data on v$session .when i am trying to load it is throwing table not found.

Could you please help?

User Id which you are using to connect to Oracle may not have permission to read those tables.

Can you check if you are able to read those tables by connecting thro sqlplus or sql developer using the same user id?

It's because you have no right to read data from v$session. Ask your DBA to grant read permissions for the user you use in  the connection.
