Disappears button "create a new application" of the hub

Disappears button "create a new application" of the hub. Helps to restart all services.

Changes in security policies were not carried out. The default policy allows you to create applications.

Who has seen a similar situation? Trying to achieve sustained repetition of the situation, but has not yet obtained. Problem is manifested itself at the expiration time.

Everything is explained simply. The reason - my carelessness.

I have two nodes in a part of the same site click sens.

But one of them is set in the "production" and of course when I go to her I did not accessible button "create a new application."

Dear Alexander,

for any chances have you play around with the "security rules" in the Qlik management console? If you did probably you have a funky rule that might be causing the issue.

I understand your point.

But. My user is a Root Admin . Plus rule "Everyone is allowed to create apps except anonymous users" enabled.

And if at this moment to see an audit of security rules that the user has all the rights to create the application.

Just add, try to close all browser page, open the new. Does not help. Did not check to open a session with another device.

Just want to make sure that you are logged in a the "Root Admin" and under securities you have start "*" ?

Can you replicate it very often it just happens once?

Where else to look? User Atest no button "create a new application" in the hub. Installing him as Root admin does not help.
