Create a button with "Interactive Sort" action

Hi, all,

As I need to do some customize sort, but found the "Expression" in the chart "Sort" tab can not be edited for expression columns.

Expression columns here I mean columns created in "Expression" tab.

As it is possible to sort these expression columns by click at the column if "Allow Interactive Sort" is checked, I am wondering whether it is possible to make this "interactive sort" as a action, then it is possible to create a button with this action.

If that is possible, how can I do that?

Hi,

In one of the apps created by Rob Wunderlich, he uses interactive/dynamic sort:

Enter the downloads page: robwunderlich.com/downloads  > download the file called QVD Dictionary V2.qvw > Inside in the table"QVD Fields" you'll see that in the object that appear in the right corner, there's a button that changes the sort between sort by name and sort by frequency.

Is your requirement sorting multiple fields at same time ? May be in two or more table ?

Thanks very much. I think this is similar to what I want, except  that this example sort  in dimension columns.  But I prefer to sort in expression columns. I will check the code and see whether can modify to use expression columns.
