drilled out values show in listbox

Hi,

i have created a drilldown dimension with 4 product levels (from aggregation to most detailed level). When I put the dimension in a chart it is very easy to drill down, but I always have a legend that shows also excluded variables, that i do not want to see while i drill down.

I need to NOT show the excluded values both in charts and list box properties.

How can i do this??

Tx

You can try check the CheckBox "Suppress when value is null" of your dimensions.

Try checking "Hide Excluded" checkBox on your list box properties.

Nicollò,

You have to edit the field shown in the list:

=Aggr(YourField, YourField)

See attached.

Niccolò,

There is no-script!! You only have to go to the listbox properties, go to General tab, and select <expression> in Field. There you type this:       =Aggr(YourField, YourField)                 That's all!

Hope it helps.
