Services Down QV Server

Hi,

I have a problem with the services DSC, QVWS and QDS . I attach an image of the services.

I found several post saying than the solution is change the name of the machine for "localhost" (for example Qlikview server : Services DSC & QVWS down, Reload engine down ).

I did what it say there:

... but didn't work

Any idea? I don't know how I can solve this problem.

Leandro,

Make sure that the service are running under a service account no "local system" and

Make sure that the service account is part of Qlikview Administrator group and Administrators group.

Hi,

The image shows that your QlikView server is not Licensed.can you try by applying License?

You need to have Internet connection to validate it.

or If you have Licence key, Control number and LEF, then no need for Internet.

In any case you miss something.

Where can I find if "Server" is part of QV Administrator group? In QVC?

IT is in your server manager> Local user and groups>groups.

if you missed adding the service account on any of the group, add it and restart the services once again.
