I have met a inexplicable problem.I creat a pivot table with dimension Rigion、Province、Hospital_Class、Hospital_Type and Hospital_Name,but when I access the BI system by A user(A is a name cal user),the dimension Hospital_Class and Hospital_Type are not display,Then I change another user B(B is also a name cal user) to access,it becomes OK,all dimensions are displayed normally,
I don't know why,who can do me a favour,thanks!
I would try few things like:
If anything works.
Is section access there? Because, the similar behavior can be produced using section access.
have you checked if you have any conditional expression on the dimension filtering on OSUser() which is the User logging into the system? do you have section access applied on the document? maybe user A have a clone and is not working on the original chart?
no user A and B have the same authority, and not several values of field Hospital_Class can't display but the field Hospital_Class can't display

There is a section access system field called OMIT used to hide entire field (not its values) from a specific user.
Oh Sorry forgive me,I understand you,But I have not use the OMIT for any User.

Are you using publisher? Is any reduction being done?
from the access point the user can select any chart right click on it and clone, then he will be able to modify this chart and remove the dimensions.
No,I have not used publisher,When I change the QVW name,This problem will be solved,so this problem is relate to the RAM?(In production environment,I can't change the QVW name,so it is not a doable method)
