Access Point - Failed to open document, You dont have access to this document.

Hi,

We have just installed the QV Server, in the Access Point we can see the document but there is I an error when opening: "Failed to open document, You dont have access to this document."

• Publisher is not installed
• Doc Call is assigned to the Document qvw
• NTFS Permitions to the folder and Document qvw
• Can open file in QV Server folder using QV PE
• No Section Access in Document qvw

Any suggestions?

Go to you LEF file and let me know if there is any entry for timelimit,

Which is expired.

No timelimit, but there is this:

NUMBER_OF_DOCUMENTS;1;;

Should be this the problem? Now I have more than one document, but we never could open any document?!

Yes Exactly

This is the issue, you have only 1 document cal and you consume that.

Now you don't have any available cal for your new document to allocate.

So I can I resolve it?

1. We are gona delete all qvws.
2. How much time should we wait to copy the qvw we want?
3. For that moment on, we can change the qvw, by copying a new version but with the some exact name, correct?

Its a bit tricky,

If you want to recover and allocate CAL immediately.

have a look at attached document.

Let me know if that works.

Note:

In any case take proper backup first.

It´s still not working!!!

1. We cleared all qvws and Doc CALs.
2. copy just 1 qvw and assign a Doc Cal to that document.

But we steel can open that doc in AP! Strange...

Trying to resolve this problem:

1. We cleared all qvws and Doc CALs.
2. copy just 1 qvw and assign a Doc Cal to that document.

But we steel can open that doc in AP!

Hi,

It appears you have a IAS license. This license only allows anonymous access and if your system isn't set for that it will not let you in.
