An external colleague is getting an error installing Qlik Sense on a MacBook running Parallels 10 and Windows 7

Says that this is an old version of windows.  See attached screenshot.  Any ideas?

Windows 7 is good.  But is your collegue 64 bit and a member of the local administrators group ?

Thank you Jonathan.  He is on a 64 bit mac but turns out he was running 32 bit Windows.  He's taking care of it.
