  • Publisher is not installed
  • Doc Call is assigned to the Document qvw
  • NTFS Permitions to the folder and Document qvw
  • Can open file in QV Server folder using QV PE
  • No Section Access in Document qvw

Any suggestions?

Hi,

I don't think with IAS you get Document Cal.

With IAS you get session CALS.

Hi,

Can you send me your license number in a private email? That way I can check it to see if it is correct.

This turned out to be an issue with their license. It has been taken care of and the system is working.
