"Failed to Load" error in QlikView 11 SR1 64 bit

Hi All,

We are migrating QV9 SR6 to QlikView 11 SR1 (64 bit). We are successfull with most of the application but some having issue where we are not able to open the QVW file in QlikView 11 desktop version. we have full licence. Application opens fine in QV9 without any issues. We have already tried below options( as suggested by forum fellows):

1. Opening the application from "recently opened docs" with reduced data - we could not do this because we could not open the application even for the 1st time.

2. We also could not open using run command.

3. We also created a dummy application with same name. But when we try to open original application (same name), same error appears.

4. Also tried setting SetScriptRescue=1 but no help.

Please share your views/possible solutions. Thanks much in advance.

Hello Albert- that would be my last option. Want to check if someone was able to resolve this with workaround.

I would suggest to go for QV11 SR8 which is latest version. You can follow the steps I have given in below thread.

Please check if any section access in a hidden script by opening in lower version.

There is no hidden script used i.e no section access. I commented out the macros as well but still not opening in QV11

There is no problem with limited resources in my case. Application is hardly 100 mb and there is much more RAM available. Even I tried opening file from command but still same error. PRJ is of no help in my case
