How can we have a middle vertical alignment of the data in the list box when it is wrapped in 2 lines?

Currently it aligns top. If the checkbox is used than checkbox aligns middle and text aligns top.

Thanks

Hi

The only way I know of is to create an expression. So what you will have to do is use the expression function at the bottom of the field list (on the General tab) and then add  Chr(10) This will create an empty line and then add the Field name that you want to use. Something like this =Chr(10)&Title. In my example i have to use a height of 3 lines to achieve a vertical center.

Another way of doing it would be to create a Straight Table . Use the field you want to as a dimension and then just add a 1 as an expression. You will then have to hide the expression column on the presentation tab, here you also have the option to use vertical alignment so when selecting MultiLine Wrap you can center the field vertically. After doing this you can then tidy up the table by removing icons from the caption and selecting No Totals on the expression.Capture.PNG.png

Thanks Nils for taking time to review this and sending the solutions. Will try both ways and keep you posted.
