Easy question about bar charts

Hi all,

I want to create a bar chart with two bars.

One field contains the plan date and one field contain the actual date.

I want to have a Chart the Counts the plan date each week and compare it with the actual date in the same week.

Y = count

X = week

How can I realise this?
