Query about Allow Dynamic CAL Assigment

Hi Forums/Friends

I have 5 Named CAL. And I have 6 User(LDAP-Window User). I can allot 5 Named CAL to 5 Window user. I want to allot Named CAL to 6th Window User aswell. How I should achived this.

I had found Query about Allow Dynamic CAL Assigment as on check box under tab System->Licenses->General.

Suppose 1 of the 5 user's is not using the QV. So then that Named CAL whether it will get alloted to 6th Window user.

Provide if I tick the above mentioned check box?

I hope I manage to explain the scenario. Please can any body answer the question quickly.

Hi,

There is a quarantine period of 24 hours with Qlik License.

Let say that if any of the user is not utilizing license for more then 24 hours you need to delete this cal, and then it is available to allocate to another user dynamicaaly.

Have a look at attached image on how to remove.

I want a list of all user along with last date and time used the Named CAL. How I can get this view/report?.

Can you please advice me.

Hi Shan,

For a small number of users you can get this from the assigned cals screen.
