Thoughts on importing MS Exchange/Outlook Calendar data

Is there a preferred approach to doing this?  I have a couple of ideas, but I'm not sure what would be the most flexible/easiest to implement method,

1. 3rd party process to load a SQL table.  The data would not be real time, but once we have it, we can filter it anyway we want.

2. Linked table in access.  That will require some additional programming, but that would be real time.

3. Extensions and API call?  Not too sure how this would work.  It'd be real time, but I don't believe we'd be able to filter like we would with traditionally loaded data.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks!

On second thought, a QVX connector is probably the way to go if I understand it correctly.  We could run queries in the load script directly against Exchange.

It's been awhile since I thought about this.  Only through the API, which is why I suggested the connector route.  I'm not sure if anything else has been made available.

Hi,

QvSource has an IMAP/POP3 connector for extracting data from your e-mail account. It may be helpful in this case,
