If you have installed publisher with PDF Distribution license , then no need to convert. Because publisher automatically convert charts into pdf format and send to the respective persons.
If you don't have have then you have to write VBScript to convert in PDF formats.
No need of any plugin for writing in VB script, Just go in Tools -> Edit Module or press Ctrl+ M to go in Edit Module & write macros. You can find an example in Qlikview Cookbook to send a mail .For sending reports in PDF format u will need Qlikview PDF writer or a third party tool .
