Qlikview Server - QMC issue


Dear All,

I am facing the issue related to QMC.

I have installed Qlikview Server 11.2 on Windows 2008 64 bit. Installation is ok but while i am opening the QMC , its opening partially.

Its showing only main munus not sub menus, i.e i am not able to register the license or mount a folder.

Please refere attached file.

Hi Manesh,

I hope Installation is done correctly and all the menus are visible according to my knowledge. Hope something with your browser settings. Try to maximize (F11) and try otherwise go to view in browser and add tool bars.

Actually i am not able to open sub menus , maximization is not an issue. Also tried F11 but no use.

Hi,

Uninstall the QlikView Server and remove all the temporary qliktech and qlik folders in 'C:/ProgamFiles' , 'C:/ProgramData' and 'C:/Users/'. Reinstall it.

Hi Manesh,

Did you try to restart the PC and then check will it come normal view or may be the licence is given to server that is the reason.

Hi,

I would try by deleting Registries and go with fresh instillation.

Note:

Please take backup before.

Hi,

Do as follow.

1.Uninstall qlikview server

2.Delete folders

3.Uninstall .net frameworks

4.Reinstall .net frameworks

5. Install Qlikview Server again

restart management service

or try applying or updating licence again
