Hi,
a colleague of mine is having display issues opening one of our QlikView_apps in the browser: When he opens a specific sheet in that app, the entire sheet is visible - but only for a moment. Then it is replaced by what looks like a zoom-in on the charting_area, with no possibility to undo that.
As the title suggests, this issue seems to be specific to his laptop - on mine and on other colleagues', it looks all right.
The problem is that because of this he cannot see the navigation_buttons, so he cannot switch to any other sheet within that app.
Can anyone help me there? What could cause such a thing to happen on just one machine and not on any other?

Have any windows updates affected the browser?
Is the browser version the same as other users?
Have you tried a different browser? Chrome Firefox or IE?
