Sure, put it on the server and open it as AJAX anywhere, even including mobile devices. It will act just as a website or webpage, provided you can access your QV server from "outside" world.

Thanks for your Reply. I have Qlikview Small Business Server and 2 named cal and 3 Document Cal license. I am not using Publisher and all. then also it is possible to access anywhere? or i need to go higher configuration? Please guide me....

CALs and SBS have nothing to do whether you can access apps from outside or not. They are responsible for how many users and what functionalities you can have with QV apps.

Yes, you can have SBS access point URL accessible from outside and then open document using any of the plugin -IS, AJAX, Java, as and when you like - dependin on different kind of devices.
