Qlik Sense Hub Issue in Public IP

Hi,

I have installed latest version of qlik sense server in my windows server 2008 system.

When i use the system name or local host or local ip address in the URL, its working fine.

but when i try to open the outside of my network using the public ip, Its giving the Connection lost error.

I feel, its may be because of the port issue.

Herewith i attached the screen shot of the issue.

thanks in advance,

in this computer has several interfaces with local and public address? Or is the public address for this machine redirection? This is only a guess. And most of the answers can be found in the logs %ProgramData%Qlik/sense/log

Good afternoon!

expensive

I'm the same mistake and enter the ip in WebSocket origin like white list.

Whenever I type to be reset nothing appears, is to enter otherwise.

I have reinstalled the server and nothing.
