QVS 11.2 SR5 - Images are not shown in text objects

We have just upgrade a server from version 11.2 SR2 to 11.2 SR5.

In our application we use text objects with images as background. Now when we open the application using the ajax client images are not shown. But in QlikView Desktop all images are displayed.

Is this bug going to be solved?

Can you please let us know the browser you are using, because we also faced the similar issue after upgrade..

After upgrade we upgraded the browser to IE 8 and our issue was resolved.

Can you please try the same. if not working can you please let us know the method you followed

Hi, Sasi!

Our client is using Mozilla Firefox (version 25 if I'm not mistaken) and IE8. To resolve this problem we just renamed the file without the parenthesis and all images reappeared.

We came across this today and removing the parenthesis did fix the problem.  Hilarious!
