Lost with missing values. Part II

Hello.

This post is the 2nd part of this one Lost with missing values

Following your instructions I get a chart that shows all the dates without a value on the expression.

Now, I need to make a selection over  the calendar and show only the selected dates with and whitout their value, not all the dates of the calendar.

I guess, I should modify the expression even create a calculated dimensión but I can't get it works !!!!

How can I get this behaviour changing the chart properties?

Thank you?

Joaquín

Would this work ?  I added a 2nd dimension but added a mutually exclusive condition on both , only when you have selected an Ano, MonthName, Quarter, Dia or Fecha would you restrict the dates to the selected value. You could further the restriction to just Fecha very easily too

Conditional Show on Fecha dimension with 'show all values':

GetSelectedCount(Año) + GetSelectedCount(MonthName) +  GetSelectedCount(Quarter)+ GetSelectedCount(Dia)+GetSelectedCount(Fecha)=0

Conditional Show on Fecha dimension WITHOUT 'show all values':

GetSelectedCount(Año) + GetSelectedCount(MonthName) +  GetSelectedCount(Quarter)+ GetSelectedCount(Dia)+GetSelectedCount(Fecha)>0

Hi jpe

First of all I want to excuse me about my silence, I've been working full time in a high priority project.

I've been testing the doc you sent me some weeks ago, my answer is "it doesn't work neither, it has de same problem".

Please, try to select NOV-2014 and website = de-DE, there isn't any value for date 16/11/2014 ... but I need to show a point over de x-axis with the 0 value associated, as I show with a red line on the attached image.

Would you mind have a look when you will be able to ?

Thank you
