New kind of Pie Chart

Hello,

is it possible to create a pie chart as the following one? I need both lables and values linked with lines to the specific piece of pie.

Are there some macros or extensions?

Maybe you could use this d3js example as an starting point and create an Extension: Pie charts labels.

---using UI tricks and design the same with some images and test boxes to implement this legends
