QlikView No Connection Error

Hi,

I have around some 10 dashboards in access point.able to open all 9 but while opening 10th dashboard error was coming.

'No Connection'

Checked the log file and every thing was fine. Can any one let me know the issue for the same.

Server performance settings need a reset
