Publisher issue

Error    Exception=System.Net.Mail.SmtpException: Service not available, closing transmission channel. The server response was: Exceeded allowable connection time, disconnecting. ||

I have been recieveing this error whenever i run the app for the distribution of pdf.

Its getting fail and in log i am getting this above mentioned error message.

Do you have PDF distributor License with you?

Hi Ashfaq,

yes we do have.

and it does work for some pdfs

but after some time it fails.

i hv checked the logs.

In the logs it gives this smtp connection error.i want to know.y it is failing after some time of being in process.is it not able to handle.??
