How do I find out more information about a specific bug addressed in a new release of Qlikview?

Hopefully this is an easy question. I'm looking to find out more information about a specific bug ( 27067 - After upgrade to SR3 tasks not responding ). What were the symptoms of this bug? I had a few reload\distribute tasks that are triggering off of the successful completion of another task that did not trigger and I'm wondering if the latest patch will address the issue.

Please advise. Thanks!

To find out more information than is available in the general release notes, I believe you need to contact support (support@qlik.com) and request it.
