How did you learn scripting in Qlikview?

Hey Guys!

I have recently got familiar with qlikview and enjoyed using it. the problems is all the scripts are being used in Expressions..I am an IT Engineer and Expert in SQL, but i don't know how to script in Qlikview. Is it like the scripts in Excel?  i don't know that either!

is there any useful material to learn scripting in Qlikview from basic to advanced?

Its not about what you think in your world. Imagine if everybody made their own rules in the traffic.

I do the same, so agree. Concerning the book "Qlikview 11 For Developers" its okay with guides and sample data, but it is not a miracle. The print quality sucks, no colors etc. and text is poor, but the e-book should be okay.

Sorry Can't do that anymore! you can buy it online! but  i won't recommend it . QlikView 11 for developers is much better

Please do not distribute copies of books you have purchased.

Not only is it illegal, it undermines the authors and discourages others to write more books on QlikView (and there are not that many at the moment).

Lastly, it is frowned upon by this Community and reflects badly on the individual.
