The log file from the management console is:

(2010-05-14 07:47:19) Information: Reload finished successfully.

(2010-05-14 07:47:19) Information: Saving document

(2010-05-14 07:47:19) Information: Closing the document.

(2010-05-14 07:47:20) Information: Closed the QlikView Engine successfully. ProcessID=532

(2010-05-14 07:47:20) Information: Initializing (0), Finished (297)

(2010-05-14 07:47:20) Information: The task "c.qvw" finished successfully

When I reload the qlikview file manually it reloads with no problems!! The log file from qlikview also tells that everything is ok!

Try adding a variable to show reload time into the QVW. See the attached file for a quick example of how to do this. If the task shows that it ran successfully, I've never heard of the document not actually getting reloaded...are you sure that the successful log files are not from a different date?
