Hi,
A couple of weeks ago we had an instance where our production QlikView server was restarted and following that a number of licenses were un-applied. The license information appeared to have reverted back to the state it was about a week previously. We managed to reapply all the licenses again but can someone explain why this could have happened, and possibly how to avoid it in the future?
