Could you confirm that you have read the notes here:

http://wiki.qvsource.com/MongoDB-Connector-For-QlikView.ashx#Extracting_Sub_Documents__Arrays_5

And let me know what you are entering for the sub document inputs?

Hi Alex,

As per the docs there is limited support for this:

This connector has limited support for extracting arrays from MongoDB to QlikView and Qlik Sense...
It is still possible for MongoDB to have more complex nested array structures which QVSource is not able to deal with effectively but the above should allow users to get the required data in a large number of cases.

However - the very latest version of the connector does include limited  support for including array indexes in sub key document path, for example you should be able to enter '/subkey1/subkey2[3]/subkey3'. This will not let you enumerate arrays of arrays in QlikView/Qlik Sense from MongoDB but it should let you enumerate arrays at certain indexes of sub arrays.

If this might help and you would like to try out this feature please send me a note at our support address referring to this post and I will send you a preview build (otherwise it will be included in the next official release, likely later this Month or in January).
