Mini-Chart is too resource-intensive - can this be fixed?

Hi,

I have an app to monitor the usage_structure and performance of our QlikView installation.

The app is loading BINARY a datamodel built in another that contains data from all the log_files.

In this app there is one display about the user_statistics - and that is my issue:

- Ín this chart, there is one formula with "representation: mini-chart"
=> that seems to be very resource-intensive:

     - When I activate it, the chart says "memory overload"

     - When I deactivate it, it is okay.

=> Can I do anything about that to make it less resource-intensive?

Thanks a lot!

Best regards,

DataNibbler

Perhaps you can create an aggregated table in the script and use that so the chart expression won't have to do that bit of resource intensive aggregation

Hi Gysbert,

well, I played around with it a bit and it seems that when I give that mini_chart a dimension, it works. (I don't know why I did it without dimension, I built that together with our external consultant, didn't know it beforeAn aggregated table wouldn't do the same. It's just a visualization_thing, a nice-to-have to further illustrate how intensively apps are being used.
